I am a doctoral student at the Cracow University of Economics, conducting research on risk management practices in project portfolios. The aim of this study is to develop a set of good practices that will help organizations effectively identify, assess, and respond to risk factors that may impact project execution.
The survey is intended for individuals with expert knowledge in project, program, portfolio, and risk management as well as individuals responsible for strategic areas within the company. Completing it takes approximately 15–20 minutes.
The study is anonymous. The questions are presented as statements to be evaluated from the perspective of the organization you work for. The survey consists exclusively of closed-ended questions. I kindly ask you to respond to each item.
